WARREN, Ohio -- The Grove City College women's track and field team captured eight wins Saturday at the Presidents' Athletic Conference Tune-Up, hosted by Westminster College at Warren G. Harding High School.
Sophomore
Nadine Lauffer (New Castle, Pa.) helped lead Grove City by winning both the 60- and 200-meter dashes Saturday. She won the 60 in 8.14 seconds, then posted a winning time of 27.00 seconds in the 200.

Megan Marchand (Cumming, Ga./Forsyth Central), sophomore
Kiara White (Perkiomenville, Pa./Perkiomen Valley) and senior
Audrey Karwowski (Canonsburg, Pa./Canon-McMillan) on Grove City's winning 1600 relay. That quartet recorded a time of 4:07.12
Marchand and Karwowski also picked up individual wins. Marchand won the 400 in 62.70 seconds while Karwowski posted a winning time of 5:23.85 in the mile.Â
Sophomore
Julianna Lindberg (Manheim, Pa./Manheim Central) prevailed in the 800, finishing the event in 2:22.09.Â
Grove City also earned two wins in the field Saturday. Junior
Victoria Leak (Andover, N.H./Merrimack Valley) won the triple jump with a best effort of 30 feet, 11 1/4 inches. Sophomore
Claire Wisler (New Brighton, Pa./Plants and Pillars) won the long jump with a leap of 16-10 1/2.
Sophomore
Hannah Roegiers (Marion, N.Y./Marion Central) earned second in the 200 (27.74) while junior
Annie Herrmann (Kenosha, Wis./Indian Trail) placed second in the 400 (63.79). Junior
Cayla Lawrence (Mendon, N.Y./Honeoye Falls-Lima) secured runner-up in the 800 (2:22.46) and sophomore
Rebekah Burger (San Diego, Calif./Cambridge) placed second in the mile (5:31.91).
Sophomore
Lucy Gyergyo (Wexford, Pa./Eden Christian) took second in the 60 hurdles, recording a time of 9.81 seconds.
Saturday's meet marked Grove City's final preparation for the upcoming Presidents' Athletic Conference Indoor Championships. That meet will be held Thursday at Youngstown State University.
