GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College men's and women's swimming and diving teams swept this week's Presidents' Athletic Conference weekly awards Monday afternoon. On the men's side, senior
Caleb Einolf (Quakertown, Pa./Quakertown) captured Swimmer of the Week and freshman
George Witte (Columbia, S.C./Covenant Classical Christian) secured Newcomer of the Week.
Junior
Ashley Rauhauser (York, Pa./Homeschooled) earned Swimmer of the Week on the women's side. Freshman
Abigail Vance (Butler, Pa./Butler) merited Newcomer of the Week in women's swimming and diving.Â
All four athletes helped Grove City sweep the team titles last Friday and Saturday at the Wheaton (Ill.) Invitational.
Einolf set two individual school records while earning wins at Wheaton. He won the 100 butterfly in 47.63 seconds and took the 100 breaststroke in 53.30 seconds. That time surpasses the NCAA provisional qualifying standard in the 100 breaststroke. Both times rank first in the conference this season.
Einolf also helped Grove City's 200 medley relay to a pool, school and conference record time of 1:28.32. He also contributed to wins in the 200 free relay (1:21.88), 400 medley relay (3:19.67) and 400 free relay (3:01.43). Einolf also took second in the 50 free (20.51).
Witte helped Grove City capture four relay wins at the Wheaton Invitational. He joined Einolf on the the 200 free relay, 400 free relay, and 400 medley relay while also helping the 800 free relay to a winning time of 7:07.66. Witte also took second in the 200 free (1:40.78) and fourth in the 200 backstroke (1:56.35).
Rauhauser won the 100 backstroke in 59.48 seconds. She also contributed to a win in the 200 medley relay (1:49.29). Rauhauser added a runner-up finish in the 200 back (2:11.41) and a fourth-place arrival in the 200 individual medley (2:14.88). She also competed on runner-up efforts in the 400 medley relay (4:00.77) and 400 free relay (3:37.04).
Vance won the 200 breaststroke at the Wheaton Invitational, recording a time of 2:25.01. She contributed to a win in the 800 free relay (8:02.38) and also finished third in the 200 IM (2:11.86) and 400 IM (4:43.35).
Einolf has been named Swimmer of the Week four times this fall while Witte has been Newcomer of the Week on four occasions. This is Rauhauser's first Swimmer of the Week award and the second of her career. Vance has twice earned Newcomer of the Week this year.
Grove City returns to action Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Penn State Behrend.
