GROVE CITY, Pa. – It is appropriate that a five-woman senior class will lead the Grove City College women's lacrosse program into its fifth season of intercollegiate varsity action this spring.
In addition to that senior quintet, Grove City welcomes back several other key contributors who have helped the Wolverines capture consecutive Presidents' Athletic Conference titles.
Senior
Jackie Rowell (Laurel, Md./Reservoir) returns on attack after making 13 starts last season. Rowell has recorded 37 career goals and 31 assists during her first three seasons and is expected to again be a key contributor at the offensive end.
Senior
Grace Forry (Lancaster, Pa./Hempfield) also returns at the offensive end for the Wolverines after making 28 appearances over the last three campaigns. Forry will contend for a full-time spot in the lineup after making five starts since her rookie season.
Two seniors return to the Grove City defensive corps,
Reese Hasley (Cheswick, Pa./Deer Lakes) and
Haylie Porter (Jenks, Okla./Jenks).
Hasley, the starting point guard for Grove City's women's basketball team, caused 27 turnovers last season. She has made 39 starts on the lacrosse field during her first three seasons at Grove City.
Porter will help Hasley lead a youthful defensive group this spring. She made six starts last year after making five starts in 2024.
Grove City will feature a new full-time starter in goal as senior
Mia Gallagher (Mogadore, Ohio/Archbishop Hoban) takes over after spending her first three seasons as the Wolverines' No. 2 netminder.
Gallagher has played in 26 career games and will also be counted on to lead Grove City at the defensive end.
While the Wolverines will have new names in the lineup at the defensive end, plenty of familiar faces return on attack and in the midfield.
Junior
Taylor Blythe (Mendon, N.Y./Honeoye Falls-Lima) led Grove City with 42 assists and 74 points last year on the way to First Team All-PAC recognition. Blythe added 32 goals in 2025 and will again be a key cog in the Wolverine offense.
Blythe has accumulated 77 goals and 75 assists in her first two seasons at the College.
Classmate
Gwen Shilling (Murrysville, Pa./Franklin Regional) joins Blythe on attack after capturing Second Team All-Conference distinction. Shilling rifled in 45 goals last year, second-most on the squad.
A two-year starter, Shilling added 42 ground balls during her sophomore season.
Juniors

Tori Stevenson (Butler, Pa./Butler) return to the starting lineup at midfield this spring. Robinette debuted last year at Grove City and finished the season with a team-leading 48 goals. She added 19 assists, good for 67 total points.
The conference recognized Robinette as an Honorable Mention selection.
Stevenson has 52 career goals and 52 career caused turnovers in her first two years as a starter. She earned All-Tournament honors last spring during Grove City's run to the conference tournament championship.
Three sophomores round out Grove City's lineup of veterans. Midfielder

Ella Krabitz (Catonsville, Md./Chapelgate Christian) and defender
Reagan Thomas (Canonsburg, Pa./Canon-McMillan) will also compete for increased roles in 2026. Krabitz played in five games last season while Thomas made a dozen appearances.
Second-year head coach
Emma Olson also expects several newcomers to push for playing time this spring.
