GROVE CITY, Pa. -- Experience. Excitement. Expectations.
All three are in ample supply for the Grove City College women's swimming and diving program as the Wolverines prepare for the 2026-27 season.
Nineteen Grove City performers earned All-Presidents' Athletic Conference honors last year in recognition of their respective performances at the four-day conference championship meet. The Wolverines return 17 of those honorees, including 14 First Team selections.
Ashley Rauhauser (York, Pa./Homeschooled),
Jamie Durstein (Pittsburgh, Pa./Seton-La Salle) and third-year performer
Amanda McGurk (Dallas, Pa./Lake Lehman) comprise the Wolverines' three-woman senior class.
Rauhauser will help lead Grove City in the backstroke and sprint events again this winter. A past conference champion in the 100 and 200 backstroke, Rauhauser has earned First Team All-Conference in each of her three seasons at the College.
Durstein will join Rauhauser in the backstroke and sprint events this year. She earned Second Team All-PAC as a freshman, then merited Honorable Mention All-PAC in 2025. She will look to secure a spot in the scoring lineup again this winter.
McGurk provides veteran leadership for Grove City's deep corps of breaststrokers. A two-sport athlete who also pole vaults for the Wolverine track and field team, McGurk scored in both breaststroke races at the 2025 conference championships.
Six current Wolverine juniors earned All-PAC honors as sophomores in 2025-26, including First Team honorees
Hadleigh McNay (Tucker, Ga./Tucker),
Freja Kile (Pittsburgh, Pa./Upper St. Clair) and
Ellie Webster (Westfield, Ind./Westfield).
McNay has won three conference titles in breaststroke events during her first two seasons and will look to again be one of Grove City's top entrants in the breaststroke and individual medley events. She is a two-time First Team honoree and is ranked second all-time at the College in the 200 breaststroke.
Kile returns in the distance freestyle events, as well as in the backstroke. She has joined McNay on the conference's First Team in each of her first two seasons. Kile took third in the 200 backstroke at last year's conference championships while also contributing to victory in the 800 free relay.
Webster will again be a key component of Grove City's sprinting group and freestyle relays this year after finishing in the top four in the 50, 100 and 200 free at last year's conference championships. Webster has earned First Team All-PAC distinction in her first two seasons.
Junior distance specialist
Marideth Hull (Cranberry Township, Pa./Eden Christian) highlighted her first season at the College by earning Second Team All-PAC honors. She again joins Kile in helping pace the Wolverines' distance corps.
Two-time All-Conference honoree
Pippin Lochstet (Ambler, Pa./Upper Dublin) returns in the butterfly and individual medley for the Wolverines. She took fourth in the 400 IM and 200 butterfly at last year's conference championships and will likely be counted on in both events this winter.
Like Lochstet, versatile junior
Aubrey Schroeder (Mount Airy, Md./South Carroll) has been named to the conference's Second Team in each of her first two seasons. Schroeder will look to again be an integral part of the lineup in the backstroke and butterfly, as well as the individual medley. She has posted top-five finishes at the conference championships in the 100 fly, 200 IM and 200 backstroke in her first two seasons.
Junior
Gabby Kinneer (Mount Pleasant, Pa./Mount Pleasant) returns in the backstroke and aims to move up in Grove City's lineup this winter. A two-sport athlete, Kinneer recently concluded her third fall season as a member of the Grove City women's golf program.
Eleven women comprise Grove City's sophomore class. Ten of those 11 athletes earned First Team All-Conference as rookies last year and are again expected to help lead the Wolverines in 2026-27.
Sophomore
Abigail Vance (Butler, Pa./Butler) earned the conference's Most Valuable Performer and Newcomer of the Year awards last year. The versatile Vance is the defending conference titlist in both individual medley events and the 200 breaststroke. She could be used in a variety of events again as a sophomore.
Twin sister
Addison Vance (Butler, Pa./Butler) also earned First Team All-Conference as a freshman after finishing runner-up to her sibling in both IM events. She also will likely be one of the Wolverines' top butterfliers again this winter.
Sophomore
Mary Anne Altman (Sarver, Pa./Freeport) returns in the sprints and butterfly for the Wolverines. She capped her freshman season by contributing to a conference title in the 400 free relay, along with a runner-up finish in the 100 butterfly last winter.
Grove City also welcomes back sophomore backstroker
Mikayla Little (Fairport, N.Y./Fairport). The defending conference champion in the 100 backstroke, Little will look to again be an integral part of Grove City's medley relays as well as the sprint group.
Second-year butterflier
Mollie Massella (Slippery Rock, Pa./Slippery Rock) also returns after winning conference titles in the 200 butterfly, 400 medley relay and 800 free relay as a freshman. Massella will help boost the Wolverines in the middle distance freestyle events, too, as she is the defending league runner-up in the 500.
Sophomore
Cora Plank (Slippery Rock, Pa./Portersville Christian) also returns in the distance events after an All-Conference freshman season. Plank will help lead the Wolverines in the 200, 500 and 1650 free this year after achieving First Team distinction as a freshman.
Sophomore backstroker
Katie Quinn (Edinboro, Pa./General McLane) won the conference title in the 200 backstroke as a freshman, cementing her spot on the conference's First Team. Quinn is expected to help lead Grove City's deep backstroker group this year while also competing for a spot on the medley relay teams.
Sprinter
Abby Tweed (Beaver Falls, Pa./Blackhawk) swept the 50, 100 and 200 free at the conference championships. She also contributed to four relay wins at last year's league meet and looks to again be a significant part of Grove City's relay and sprint efforts again this year.
Grove City also returns a pair of All-PAC First Team divers in sophomores
Chaeli Keenan (New Alexandria, Pa./Derry) and
Mackenzie Stone (Grove City, Pa./Homeschooled).
Keenan swept the conference diving titles last year, earning the league's Diver of the Year award. She qualified for the NCAA Regional Championships in both 1- and 3-meter diving.
Stone, meanwhile, finished runner-up to Keenan on the 3-meter board and finished third on the low board.
Breaststroke swimmer
Erika Doolittle (Clarington, Pa./Brookville) rounds out Grove City's sophomore class. A two-sport athlete, she will join the program at the conclusion of cross country season.
Nine freshmen have joined the program for the 2026-27 season.
Grove City opens the season Friday, October 15, 2026 with a quad meet in Webster, N.Y., against Geneseo State, Nazareth and Penn State Behrend. Grove City will again host the conference championships February 17-20, 2027 in James E. Longnecker Pool.
