WHEATON, Ill. -- The Grove City College women's swimming and diving team closed the fall semester Friday and Saturday by winning the team title at the seven-team Wheaton College Invitational. Grove City concluded the two-day meet with 999 team points. Wheaton took second with 737 points.
Two relay victories helped propel the Wolverines to the team title. The foursome of freshman
Mary Anne Altman (Sarver, Pa./Freeport), freshman
Mollie Massella (Slippery Rock, Pa./Slippery Rock), freshman
Abigail Vance (Butler, Pa./Butler) and freshman
Abby Tweed (Beaver Falls, Pa./Blackhawk) won the 800 free relay in a time of 8 minutes, 2.38 seconds.Â

Ashley Rauhauser (York, Pa./Homeschooled) and sophomore
Hadleigh McNay (Tucker, Ga./Tucker) teamed up for a winning time of 1:49.28 in the 200 medley relay.
Rauhauser also won the 100 backstroke in 59.48 seconds while Vance took the 200 breaststroke in 2:25.01.
Grove City also earned runner-up in four relay events. Senior
Sadie Shofestall (Brookville, Pa./Brookville), Altman, sophomore
Ellie Webster (Westfield, Ind./Westfield) and Tweed recorded a second-place time of 1:38.99 in the 200 free relay. Rauhauser, Altman, Webster and freshman
Katie Quinn (Edinboro, Pa./General McLane) closed the meet by placing second in the 400 free relay. That foursome recorded a time of 3:37.04.

Addison Vance (Butler, Pa./Butler) and sophomore
Freja Kile (Pittsburgh, Pa./Upper St. Clair) earned second in the 800 free relay (8:02.91). Rauhauser, McNay, Massella and Tweed later combined for a time of 4:00.77 in the 400 medley relay, good for second place.Â
Addison Vance finished second in both individual medley races, recording a time of 2:11.83 in the 200 and a 4:39.81 performance in the 400 IM. McNay finished runner-up in both breaststroke events. She recorded a time of 1:07.24 in the 100 and then completed the 200 breaststroke in 2:25.15.Â
Rauhauser finished second in the 200 backstroke (2:11.41) and Tweed took second in the 200 free (1:57.55).
The Wolverines return to dual meet action Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Penn State Behrend.
