GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) honored recent Grove City College graduate Nick Guidas (Gibsonia, Pa./Pine-Richland) as its Region VII Pitcher of the Year Tuesday afternoon in recognition of his performance during the 2024 season.

During conference play, Guidas went 4-0 with a 1.49 ERA. He struck out 42 men in 36 opponents during the 20-game loop schedule. The left-hander finished his career with 258 strikeouts, which ranks second in program history. His 96 strikeouts this season also rank second on Grove City's single-season list.
