GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's swimming and diving team captured its fifth straight Presidents' Athletic Conference title Saturday night by concluding the four-day meet with 1,031.5 points at James E. Longnecker Pool.
Senior
Rachael Wallace (Hopewell, Pa./Hopewell) captured the league's Most Valuable Performer award while junior
Kamryn Kerr (East Grand Rapids, Mich./East Grand Rapids) earned Diver of the Year. Head coach
Dave Fritz earned the conference's Coach of the Year.
Grove City closed out the meet by winning the 400 free relay in a time of 3 minutes, 34.42 seconds. Wallace, freshman
Ashley Rauhauser (York, Pa./Homeschooled), sophomore
Sarah Kuchma (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Hills) and senior
Liz Hasse (East Earl, Pa./Homeschooled) combined for the victory.
Wallace also won the 200 butterfly in a time of 2:06.29 while Rauhauser won the 200 backstroke (2:09.09). Kerr won 3-meter diving with a time of 417.90 points, which surpasses the NCAA Regional Championships qualifying standard.
Hasse finished as runner-up in the 100 freestyle (53.18) while sophomore
Sarah Janicki (Denver, Colo./Austin Waldorf) placed second in the 200 breaststroke (2:32.24). Junior
Mikaela Jenkins (Evansville, Ind./F.J. Reitz) earned second in the 200 butterfly (2:16.51).

Emma Plank (Slippery Rock, Pa./Portersville Christian) opened Saturday's finals by finishing third in the 1650 with a time of 18:48.41. Senior
Emma Otten (Loveland, Ohio/Milford) placed third in the 200 backstroke (2:17.42) while junior
Allison Dieter (Huron, Ohio/Huron) captured third in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:34.45.
Kuchma took fourth in the 100 free (54.90) while junior
Alex Frank (Asheville, N.C./Asheville Christian) finished fifth in the 1650 with a time of 18:54.32. Junior
Olivia Getek recorded a time of 2:22.36 in the 200 butterfly, good for fifth place. Freshman
Jamie Durstein (Pittsburgh, Pa./Seton La Salle) earned sixth in the 100 free with a time of 55.61 seconds.
This is Grove City's 22nd all-time Presidents' Athletic Conference title.
