WEBSTER, N.Y. -- The Grove City College women's swimming and diving team opened its 2024-25 season by taking second place at the four-team Brockport State Early Season Invitational. Grove City finished the meet with 618.5 team points. Geneseo State won the event with 1,025 points. Penn State Behrend (493 points) and Brockport State (431.5) rounded out the team standings at the meet, held at Webster Aquatic Center.
Freshman
Hadleigh McNay (Tucker, Ga./Tucker) helped lead Grove City by winning the 200 breaststroke in a time of 2 minutes, 31.01 seconds. McNay, sophomore

Freja Kile (Pittsburgh, Pa./Upper Saint Clair) opened the meet by taking second in the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:54.01.
McNay also took second in the 100 breaststroke (1:09.07). Senior
Kamryn Kerr (East Grand Rapids, Mich./East Grand Rapids) earned second in both diving events. She posted a runner-up total of 225.05 points on the 1-meter board and a sum of 211.35 points on the 3-meter board.
Rauhauser also finished third in the 200 individual medley (2:21.90). She finished fourth in both backstroke events, posting a time of 1:01.60 in the 100 backstroke and 2:16.83 in the 200 backstroke.

The Wolverines open their dual meet schedule next Saturday at 1 p.m. when Ashland visits James E. Longnecker Pool in non-conference action.
