HIRAM, Ohio -- The Grove City College women's lacrosse team extended its win streak to a program-record 11 games Saturday by earning a 23-0 road win over Hiram in Presidents' Athletic Conference action at Charles A. Henry Field.
Seven Grove City players scored multiple goals, led by a four-goal outing from junior midfielder
Jess Robinette (Mohnton, Pa./Twin Valley). Junior midfielder
Tori Stevenson (Butler, Pa./Butler) rifled in three goals while junior attack
Taylor Blythe (Mendon, N.Y./Honeoye Falls-Lima) had a team-high six points with two goals and four assists.

Ella Krabitz (Catonsville, Md./Chapelgate Christian), sophomore midfielder
Mia Mygatt (Silver Spring, Md./Brookewood), freshman midfielder
Avery Anderson (Wexford, Pa./North Allegheny) and freshman midfielder
Elliette Smith (Butler, Pa./Butler) all joined Blythe in scoring twice.

Anderson and Mygatt both had two assists. Krabitz, Rowell, Shilling and Stevenson all added an assist.
Grove City led 6-0 after one quarter, then pushed the lead to 14-0 by halftime. The Wolverines scored six times in the third quarter. Grove City finished with a 42-4 edge in total shots, including a 32-1 margin in shots on goal.
Freshman defender
Gabri Hallam (Buffalo, N.Y./Clarence) led the Wolverines with seven caused turnovers. Robinette and Shilling both caused three turnovers. Overall, Grove City forced 27 Hiram turnovers. The Wolverines turned over possession 12 times.
Hallam also had seven draw controls. Anderson and freshman
Addy Porter (Jenks, Okla./Jenks) both had three draw controls. Hallam picked up five ground balls and Mygatt gathered four ground balls. Shilling and senior defender
Reese Hasley (Cheswick, Pa./Deer Lakes) each picked up three ground balls.

Mia Gallagher (Mogadore, Ohio/Archbishop Hoban) recorded her fourth shutout win of the season by making four saves.
Grove City will close its regular season road schedule Wednesday afternoon when the Wolverines visit Bethany at 4 p.m.
