GAMBIER, Ohio -- The Grove City College men's lacrosse team dropped a 10-7 decision Saturday at Kenyon in non-conference action McBride Field.
Grove City trailed 3-0 in the first quarter but rallied to take a 4-3 lead by halftime. Senior attack

Fifty-seven seconds into the second half, the lead grew to 5-3 when Strong scored after receiving an assist from junior attack
Davis Schneider (Winfield, Ill./Wheaton Academy). Kenyon reclaimed the lead, 6-5, but Greene tied the game with 1:33 left in the third quarter.
McClain finished with three goals while Greene and Strong both scored two times. Schneider and junior midfielder
Tyson Bui (Harleysville, Pa./Souderton) both scored twice. Greene also recorded an assist.
Senior
Colton Lehberg (Rancho Santa Fe, Calif./Santa Fe Christian) won 11 of 16 faceoffs. Lehberg and freshman midfielder
Zach Moravec (West Chicago, Ill./Wheaton Academy) both picked up four ground balls. Junior defender
Nate Clark (Oakwood, Ohio/Oakwood) caused two turnovers.
Grove City finished the game with 29 turnovers. Kenyon turned over possession 21 times. The Owls outshot Grove City, 49-22, including a 20-14 edge in shots on goal. Senior goalie
Tyler Gladstone (Marriottsville, Md./Marriotts Ridge) stopped 10 shots.
Grove City will face York next Saturday in Sparks, Md., at the headquarters of USA Lacrosse. Opening faceoff will be 6 p.m.
