Kiara White (Perkiomenville, Pa./Perkiomen Valley) each scored goals Friday afternoon to help the Grove City College women's soccer team secure a 2-2 draw at Rochester Institute of Technology in both teams' season opener at Tiger Stadium.
Dailey gave Grove City a 1-0 lead 2:44 into the match after receiving an assist from freshman forward

R.I.T. tied the match at 28:17 on a goal by Anya Snyder. White reclaimed Grove City's lead at 40:12 with an unassisted goal.Â
The Tigers forged a 2-2 tie at the 77:51 mark on a goal by Amerie Mills.Â

Maddie Mills (Niskayuna, N.Y./Niskayuna) made seven saves in her first collegiate start. R.I.T. outshot Grove City, 18-3, including a 9-3 edge in shots on goal.Â
The Tigers held a 6-3 edge in corner kicks.Â
Friday's meeting marked the first between the programs in 13 years. Grove City leads the all-time series, 1-0-1.Â
Grove City continues its season-opening trip to western New York by visiting Nazareth at 3 p.m. Saturday.
