GROVE CITY, Pa. -- Four Grove City College men's lacrosse players scored three goals each Wednesday night to help lift the Wolverines to a 17-5 victory over visiting Chatham in Presidents' Athletic Conference action at Robert E. Thorn Field.
Senior attack
Matt Blythe (Mendon, N.Y./Honeoye Falls-Lima), senior attack

Evan Curry (Huntington Beach, Calif./Mater Dei) all fired in three goals as Grove City closed its home schedule with a win.
The Wolverines (7-6, 4-0 PAC) also received a goal and two assists from senior midfielder

Davis Schneider (Winfield, Ill./Wheaton Academy) added goal for the Wolverines, who led 6-1 after one quarter.
Junior attack
Rigdon Greene (Marietta, Ga./Pope) recorded a team-leading three assists. Junior midfielder
Boden Davidson (Scottsdale, Ariz./Scottsdale Christian), sophomore midfielder
Breck Peacock (Wayne, Ill./Wheaton Academy) and freshman midfielder
Ethan Binns (Saint Johns, Fla./The Bolles School) assisted one goal each.
McClain scored off Davidson's assist with 5:57 left in the first half to give Grove City a 7-3 lead. The Wolverines led 7-3 at halftime, then broke open the game with six goals in the third quarter.
McClain's man-up goal 78 seconds into the second half sparked the outburst. He added his third goal of the game with 6:48 remaining in the third quarter. Blythe, Goad, Hougan and Jones also scored as Grove City carried a 13-5 lead into the fourth quarter.

Colton Lehberg (Rancho Santa Fe, Calif./Santa Fe Christian) both picked up five ground balls. Graduate student goalie
Danny Stone (Chantilly, Va./Flint Hill) and graduate student faceoff specialist
Luke Rios (Centennial, Colo./Cherry Creek) each collected four ground balls. Rios won 9 of 11 faceoffs while Lehberg won 8 of 10 faceoffs.
Stone made eight saves in 45 minutes of action, earning the win. Junior
Tyler Gladstone (Marriottsville, Md./Marriotts Ridge) made one save in a scoreless fourth quarter.
Grove City held a 48-23 edge in total shots. Chatham had 25 turnovers while the Wolverines turned over possession 24 times.
Grove City will visit conference rival Allegheny at 1 p.m. Saturday.
