LATROBE, Pa. -- The Grove City College men's lacrosse team clinched the top seed in the upcoming Presidents' Athletic Conference Championship Tournament by capturing an 18-1 conference win Wednesday evening at Saint Vincent.
Grove City improved to 7-0 in the conference and will be the No. 1 seed in the four-team tournament April 30-May 3. The Wolverines led 6-0 after one quarter, then pushed the lead to 11-0 by halftime. 
Five men scored multiple goals for the Wolverines (10-7), led by a four-goal outing from senior midfielder 
Zachary Hougan (Springboro, Ohio/Springboro). Senior attack 
Matt Blythe (Mendon, N.Y./Honeoye Falls-Lima) fired in three goals as part of a five-point night. 
Senior midfielder 
Kobi Bui (Harleysville, Pa./Souderton), junior attack 
Stewart McClain (Lancaster, Pa./Lampeter-Strasburg) and sophomore midfielder 
Breck Peacock (Wayne, Ill./Wheaton Academy) scored two goals apiece. Grove City also received tallies from graduate student midfielder 
Luke Jayne (Vero Beach, Fla./Saint Edward's), sophomore attack 
Sawyer Strong (Westfield, Ind./Westfield), sophomore midfielder 
Tyson Bui (Harleysville, Pa./Souderton), sophomore midfielder 
Evan Curry (Huntington Beach, Calif./Mater Dei) and sophomore attack 
Davis Schneider (Winfield, Ill./Wheaton Academy).
Senior midfielder 
Trey Zabroski (Mountain Top, Pa./Crestwood) assisted three goals.

Logan Fox (Charlotte, N.C./Charlotte Christian), junior attack 
Rigdon Greene (Marietta, Ga./Pope) and junior 
Mac Faircloth (Greensboro, N.C./Page) all had assists. 
Grove City amassed a 56-19 edge in total shots, including a 32-7 advantage in shots on goal. Grove City also harassed Saint Vincent into 28 turnovers. 
Fox and junior 
Colton Lehberg (Rancho Santa Fe, Calif./Santa Fe Christian) both picked up a team-leading five ground balls. Sophomore midfielder 
Joshua McDermott (San Juan Capistrano, Calif./Santa Margarita) had four ground balls. Lehberg won 9 of 10 faceoffs.
Junior goalie 
Tyler Gladstone (Marriottsville, Md./Marriotts Ridge) earned the win by stopping six shots. 
Grove City will host a conference tournament semifinal game Wednesday, April 30 at Robert E. Thorn Field by virtue of owning the top seed. The Wolverines have home-field advantage in the four-team ournament. 
Grove City will close the regular season next Wednesday at 4 p.m. at Thiel.
