NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. -- The Grove City College men's track and field team produced several notable performances Saturday at the Westminster Invitational, held at Memorial Field.

Alex Mitchell (Hummelstown, Pa./Harrisburg Christian) tied his own school record in the 400 meters by posting a victorious time of 47.90 seconds. Mitchell, freshman

Greg Wilson (Akron, Ohio/Revere) and junior
Isaac Young (Jordan, Minn./Jordan) teamed to with the 1600 relay in a time of 3:26.65.

Gabe Dunlap (Harrison City, Pa./Penn-Trafford) took second in the 400 relay with a time of 43.30 seconds. Mitchell also took second in the 200 meters (21.87).
Senior
Ryan Lenhart (New Castle, Pa./Shenango) led the Wolverines in the field events by finishing second in the discus. Lenhart posted a top throw of 155 feet, 4 inches. Senior
Nick Petucci (Altoona, Pa./Altoona) captured third in the triple jump with a best leap of 42-11.
Knowles finished fourth in the 400 (50.83) while Young placed fourth in the 800 with a time of 1:59.28. Senior
Ben Raduns (Farmington, N.Y./Victor) took fourth in the 10,000 meters (34:45.95). Junior
Isaac Busler (Butler, Pa./Butler) finished fifth in the 800 (1:59.85).
Wilson placed sixth in the 100 with a time of 11.22 seconds. Sophomore
Garrett Gess took sixth in the 400 hurdles (60.82) while freshman
Brandon Kendrew (Harmony, Pa./Seneca Valley) earned sixth in the 110 high hurdles with a time of 16.61 seconds. Freshman
Caleb Haley (Mechanicsville, Va./Atlee) marked at 41-8 1/2 to claim sixth in the triple jump.
Lenhart finished seventh in the shot put with a best heave of 45-9 3/4. Junior
Caleb Hawke (Grove City, Pa./Grove City) placed seventh in the 5000 (15:53.35). Freshman
Brock Beachem (Butler, Pa./Moniteau) finished eighth in the javelin after posting a top throw of 145-8.
Grove City will host its annual Mini-Invitational at Robert E. Thorn Field this Wednesday afternoon.
