BEAVER FALLS, Pa. -- Senior guard
Kyle Randle (Willowick, Ohio/Eastlake North) fired in 23 points while three teammates evenly divided 27 points Friday evening as the Grove City College men's basketball team secured an 89-60 win over Carlow at Geneva College's Coaches vs. Cancer Classic in Metheny Field House.
Randle went 5 for 7 from behind the three-point line and also recorded eight rebounds in the win. Senior guard

Owen Wolf (South Lyon, Mich./Firebirds H.E.A.) all posted nine points for Grove City (1-1).Â

Mike Vaughn (Oakdale, Pa./South Fayette) each contributed seven points for the Wolverines, who led 42-27 at halftime.
Grove City converted 31 of 68 (46 percent) field goal attempts. Carlow finished the game 18 of 49 (37 percent) from the field.Â
Christenson collected nine rebounds while Martin had seven rebounds as the Wolverines accumulated a 47-29 edge on the glass.Â

Liam Conklin (Enfield, Conn./Northwest Catholic) all had three assists. Grove City finished the game wiht nine turnovers while Carlow committed 17 turnovers.Â
Aleel Batts and Tomasi Pavihi led Carlow (0-3) with 10 points each.Â
Grove City will face Lancaster Bible at 2 p.m. Saturday in the second day of competition at Geneva.
