NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's volleyball team dropped a 25-19, 25-22, 25-21 decision Wednesday night to host Westminster in Presidents' Athletic Conference North Division action at Memorial Field House.
Junior
Sarah Hart (Marriottsville, Md./Liberty) paced the Wolverines (10-5, 3-4) with 10 kills while junior
Alayna Dorst (Middletown, Del./Middletown) recorded eight kills. Senior
Lila Stonehouse (Hatboro, Pa./Abington) added seven kills on 17 attacks.Â
Sophomore setter
Brooke Manfull (Wadsworth, Ohio/Wadsworth) tallied 16 assists while junior setter
Sarah Harris (Lebanon, Ohio/Mars Hill) finished with eight assists.Â
Junior
Kendra Klusch (Alliance, Ohio/Homeschooled) posted a match-high seven blocks for Grove City. Stonehouse and sophomore
Lilly Pool (Ashland, Ohio/Ashland) both contributed three blocks.
Sophomore libero
Lilly Wojtala (Copley, Ohio/Revere) led the defense with 20 digs. Dorst delivered 16 digs.
Grove City will visit Washington & Jefferson at 7 p.m. Friday in PAC inter-divisional play.
