GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's soccer team improved to 3-0-1 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference by capturing an 11-0 home win over Thiel in conference action Saturday afternoon at Don Lyle Field. Grove City (4-4-2) led 6-0 at halftime, then added five goals in the second half.

Grove City outshot Thiel, 49-1, including a 24-1 margin in shots on goal. The Wolverines had 11 corner kicks while Thiel had one corner.
Junior goalkeeper
Maddie Mills (Niskayuna, N.Y./Niskayuna) played the first 31:42 in goal. She did not face a shot. Freshman
Ella Lotz (McKeesport, Pa./South Allegheny) earned her first win by playing the final 58:18. She made one save.
Stevenson leads Grove City with six goals. Plunkard and White are tied for second on the squad with three goals. Freshman forward
Lauren Muhanna (Moon Township, Pa./Moon) also has three goals.
Grove City visits Hiram at 7 p.m. Tuesday in conference action.
