GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College men's soccer team improved to 3-0-1 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference by securing a 3-0 win Saturday afternoon over visiting Thiel in conference action at Don Lyle Field. Grove City (6-2-2, 3-0-1) scored all three of its goals in the first 40 minutes to stay undefeated in league play.

Camden Thomas (North Lima, Ohio/South Range) gave Grove City the lead at 6:06 by scoring his first goal of the season. Sophomore forward
Evan Yoder (Milton, Pa./Milton) assisted Thomas's goal. It is Thomas's sixth career game-winning goal.
The lead grew to 2-0 less than three minutes later when sophomore midfielder
Luke Ladas (Parsippany, N.J./Parsippany Hills) booted in his fourth goal of the season. Junior forward
Ryan Merrick (Cranberry Township, Pa./Eden Christian) assisted the goal at the 8:51 mark.

Ryan Higgs (Pittsburgh, Pa./Upper St. Clair) closed the scoring with his first goal of 2025 at 39:25. Freshman forward
Andrew Perry (Minnetrista, Minn./Southwest Christian) assisted the goal.
Grove City outshot the Tomcats, 31-3, including a 14-2 edge in shots on goal. Grove City had 13 corner kicks while Thiel (3-7-1, 0-3-1) netted a pair of corners.Â

Keller Krieger (Jacksonville, Fla./Providence) picked up the win by playing 45 shutout minutes. Junior
Anthony D'Ippolito (Mars, Pa./Eden Christian) made two saves in the second half to preserve the shutout.
The Wolverines will visit conference foe Hiram at 7 p.m. Wednesday.Â
