GRANVILLE, Ohio -- The Grove City College men's soccer team dropped to 2-1 overall as host Denison (2-0-1) slipped past the Wolverines, 2-0, in non-conference action Saturday afternoon at Kienzle-Hylbert Stadium.
Denison took a 1-0 lead at 27:11 when Jake Krueger scored an unassisted goal. The Big Red doubled the lead in the second half when Kaden Kist scored at 62:17.
Denison outshot Grove City, 13-2. The Big Red had four shots on goal while Grove City put one shot on goal. Denison collected eight corner kicks while the Wolverines netted three corners.

The Wolverines return home Wednesday at 7 p.m. to host Penn State Behrend at Don Lyle Field.
