GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's lacrosse team earned its seventh straight overall win Tuesday evening by securing a 12-4 home decision over Thiel in Presidents' Athletic Conference action at Don Lyle Field.
Grove City (11-3, 6-0 PAC) limited Thiel to only 13 total shots, including four in the first half. The Wolverines also forced 27 Thiel turnovers.
Junior defender
Amber Wartman (Ellicott City, Md./Mount Hebron) caused a season-high seven turnovers while sophomore defender
Reese Hasley (Cheswick, Pa./Deer Lakes) caused a career-best four turnovers. Sophomore midfielder
Tori Stevenson (Butler, Pa./Butler) caused three turnovers.
In goal, junior
Elyse Kiggins (Zelienople, Pa./Seneca Valley) stopped seven shots to earn her 10th win of the season.
Offensively, senior midfielder
Madison Nazigian (Forest, Va./Jefferson Forest) fired in five goals and added an assist to help pace the Wolverines. Stevenson and senior midfielder
Lucy Martin (Silver Spring, Md./Montgomery Blair) both scored twice.

Abby Roetering (Glenelg, Md./Glenelg), sophomore attack
Jackie Rowell (Laurel, Md./Reservoir) and freshman attack
Gwen Shilling (Murrysville, Pa./Franklin Regional) all recorded a goal and an assist.
Junior attack
Meah Groves (Cranberry Township, Pa./Seneca Valley) and junior defender
Emily Arnold (Ijamsville, Md./Urbana) both assisted goals.
Nazigian and Roetering both scored in the first quarter to give Grove City a 2-0 lead. The Wolverines doubled the lead by halftime as Martin and Nazigian each scored in the second period.
Thiel (7-6, 3-3 PAC) cut Grove City's lead to 8-4 with 5:45 left. However, Nazigian, Stevenson, Rowell and Martin all scored in a four-minute span to cement the win.
Grove City held a 27-13 edge in total shots. Grove City turned over the ball 20 times.
Junior defender
Sarah Jackson (Brookfield, Conn./Brookfield) collected a team-leading four ground balls. Nazigian had eight draw controls.
The Wolverines will close their home schedule for the regular season Saturday at 12 p.m. by hosting conference rival Allegheny (4-1 PAC).
