GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College men's soccer team remained undefeated in Presidents' Athletic Conference play by securing a 0-0 draw Wednesday night with visiting Thiel at Don Lyle Field. The Wolverines are now unbeaten in their last seven matches.
Grove City (4-2-5, 3-0-1 PAC) out-shot Thiel, 19-8, including a 6-1 edge in shots on goal. Grove City also held an 8-3 advantage in corner kicks Wednesday night.
Sophomore goalkeeper
Teddy Almeter (Monroeville, Pa./Serra) recorded his fourth shutout of the season by making one save. Overall, the Wolverines now have five shutouts on the season.
Grove City will visit conference rival Geneva at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in Beaver Falls.
