GROVE CITY, Pa. -- A seven-minute scoring drought in the second half for the Grove City College men's basketball team allowed visiting Westminster to pull out a 57-45 victory Wednesday night in Presidents' Athletic Conference play at the Grove City College Arena.
Grove City took a 38-28 lead with 15:30 remaining on consecutive field goals by senior guard
Ben Rose (Helena, Ala./Helena) and freshman guard
Jonah Bock (Erie, Pa./McDowell). However, Grove City missed its next 12 shots from the field as Westminster pulled ahead with an 18-0 run in that span.

Elijah White (Zelienople, Pa./Portersville Christian) trimmed the lead to 48-44 with 5:47 remaining. Westminster held Grove City without a field goal the rest of the game, however. Grove City went 8 for 29 (28 percent) from the field in the second half and 20 of 67 (30 percent) overall for the game.
Grove City jumped out to a 9-0 lead as Bock buried a three-pointer and sophomore forward

Luca Robinson (Castaic, Calif./Hart) all scored in the paint.
Westminster missed its first 11 shots from the field. The Titans finished the game 22 of 62 (36 percent) on field goal attempts.
Rose added seven rebounds and freshman center
Russ Gump (Bloomsburg, Pa./Central Columbia) pulled in five rebounds. Westminster held a 49-41 edge on the glass.
Brooks and Rose both had three assists. Grove City had nine turnovers and Westminster turned over the ball 11 times. Freshman center
Christian Wiseman (Martinsville, Ind./Indian Creek) added six points for the Wolverines.
Reese Leone and Daniel Ritter each led Westminster (15-8, 12-5 PAC) with 12 points. Grove City led 28-21 at halftime.
Grove City (9-14, 5-11 PAC) closes the regular season Saturday at conference leader W&J. Tip-off will be 3 p.m. in Washington, Pa.
