GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College volleyball team improved to 8-5 overall and 5-0 at home this season by earning a 25-13, 26-24, 25-21 victory Friday night over Pitt-Greensburg in non-conference action at the Grove City College Arena.
Junior
Faith Keating (Troy, Mich./Troy) paced Grove City with eight kills and sophomore
Anna DeGraaf (Cranberry Township, Pa./Seneca Valley) posted six kills. Freshman
Kamryn Weissinger (Youngsville, Pa./Youngsville) added a career-best five kills for the Wolverines.Â

Kennedy Kerr (East Grand Rapids, Mich./East Grand Rapids) distributed 16 assists and freshman setter
Katie Kenlein (Spokane, Wash./Lewis and Clark) added 11 assists. Kenlein and Kerr both served two aces.Â
DeGraaf led the defense with five total blocks and senior
Amanda Schmidt (Pittsburgh, Pa./Trinity Christian) added three blocks. Freshman libero
Mya Lathem (Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio/Woodridge) recorded a team-high 17 digs while Keating collected 11 digs. Kerr added eight digs.
All 16 active Grove City players competed in Friday's win.
Grove City returns to action Tuesday at Presidents' Athletic Conference foe Waynesburg.
