GAMBIER, Ohio -- The Grove City College men's soccer team dropped a 3-0 decision Friday afternoon at Kenyon in non-conference action at Mavec Field.
Kenyon (2-1-1) took a 1-0 lead at 24:08 when Scott Upton scored on a penalty kick. The Lords then added a pair of goals in the second half. Upton scored 3:45 into the second half and Alem Duratovic closed the scoring at the 72:38 mark.

Luke Greenway (Penn Hills, Pa./Penn Hills) recorded a season-high 11 saves for Grove City (1-2). Kenyon owned a 25-9 edge in shots. Kenyon had 10 corner kicks while Grove City recorded six corners.
Friday's match marked the first meeting between the programs since 2000. The series is now tied 1-1.
Grove City will visit Ohio Wesleyan for a 7 p.m. match Saturday night in Delaware, Ohio.
