GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College men's tennis team closed its spring 2021 regular season schedule Thursday afternoon by earning a 9-0 win over visiting Washington & Jefferson in Presidents' Athletic Conference action at Walters-Zbell Courts.
Grove City (6-2, 6-0 PAC) swept the three doubles matches before chalking up six straight-set singles victories.Â
The Wolverines will be the top seed in next week's conference tournament. Grove City receives a bye to the semifinals in the six-team draw. The Wolverines will play the lowest-remaining seed in the April 30 semifinals. W&J is the predetermined host for the conference tournament.
