Holton Gwaltney (New Palestine, Ind./New Palestine) posted his first career multi-goal performance Tuesday night as the Grove City College men's soccer team rolled to a 6-0 win at Thiel in Presidents' Athletic Conference action at Alumni Stadium.

Mark Guinta (Fairfield, Conn./Christian Heritage) also scored for the Wolverines, who remain atop the conference with a 3-0 mark. Each of Grove City's three league wins have come on the road.Â
Grove City bolted to a 4-0 lead in the first half. Belitz opened the scoring at 14:38 after receiving an assist from freshman defender
Luke Kimmich (Murrysville, Pa./Franklin Regional). Belitz then assisted Guinta's goal at 20:28.
The lead grew to 3-0 at 27:07 as Belitz scored an unassisted goal. Gwaltney closed the first-half scoring by registering his first goal of the season. That goal came at 32:54. Junior defender

Belitz scored on a penalty kick at 63:11. Gwaltney added his second goal of the match at 66:37, with freshman
Jordan Rebsamen (Charlotte, N.C./Carmel Christian) providing the assist.
Grove City owned a 21-4 edge in shots, including an 11-1 advantage in shots on goal. Grove City (5-6 overall) totaled eight corner kicks and Thiel had one corner.

Jesse Greyshock (Tarentum, Pa./Deer Lakes) played 30:39 of the second half and classmate
Grant Baierl (Bradfordwoods, Pa./North Allegheny) played the final 14:21 to sew up the shutout.
Tuesday's win marked the second straight match in which a Grove City player has scored a hat trick. Saturday night at Waynesburg, junior defender
Aaron McFeaters (North Canton, Ohio/Hoover) scored three times in a 4-2 victory.Â
Tuesday night's match concludes a five-match road swing for Grove City. The Wolverines went 4-1 in that span and are now 5-3 on the road. Grove City will host conference rival Geneva at 7 p.m. Friday at Don Lyle Field. That match will help kickoff Homecoming Weekend at the College.
