BEAVER FALLS, Pa. -- The Grove City College volleyball team closed the 2021 regular season Saturday afternoon with a 25-15, 25-17, 25-15 setback at Geneva in Presidents' Athletic Conference action at Metheny Field House.
Sophomore
Anna DeGraaf (Cranberry Township, Pa./Seneca Valley) paced the Wolverines with six kills. Junior
Faith Keating (Troy, Mich./Troy) and sophomore
Eloise Augustine (West Chester, Ohio/Mars Hill) both had four kills. DeGraaf served two aces.
Freshman setter
Kennedy Kerr (East Grand Rapids, Mich./East Grand Rapids) recorded 12 assists.
Keating led the defense with 11 digs while freshman libero
Mya Lathem (Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio/Woodridge) had 10 digs. Augustine notched nine digs and Kerr contributed eight digs.
Grove City (18-11, 11-5 PAC) will be the No. 5 seed in the upcoming conference tournament. The Wolverines will visit Thiel at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the quarterfinals.
