GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College volleyball team dropped to 10-6 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference as visiting Westminster (24-4, 16-0 PAC) secured a 26-24, 25-18, 25-13 victory over the host Wolverines at the Grove City College Arena.
Sophomore
Eloise Augustine (West Chester, Ohio/Mars Hill) paced Grove City with 11 kills while junior
Faith Keating (Troy, Mich./Troy) totaled seven kills. Junior
Robyn Collier (Corona, Calif./Carnegie Riverside) and sophomore
Anna DeGraaf (Cranberry Township, Pa./Seneca Valley) each added five kills.
Freshman setters
Katie Kenlein (Spokane, Wash./Lewis and Clark) and
Kennedy Kerr (East Grand Rapids, Mich./East Grand Rapids) both recorded 14 assists. Kenlein also served a match-high three aces.Â
Augustine and Keating each tallied 19 digs. Kenlein collected 17 digs and freshman
Mya Lathem (Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio/Woodridge) added 15 digs. DeGraaf had two blocks.
Grove City (17-10 overall) will host Washington & Jefferson at 7 p.m. Thursday in conference action. It will be Senior Night for the Wolverines.
