WASHINGTON, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's tennis team closed the fall 2021 regular season Wednesday night with a 5-4 setback at Washington & Jefferson in Presidents' Athletic Conference competition at Janet Swanson Tennis Courts. The teams split the six singles matches but W&J's 2-1 edge in doubles play proved pivotal.
Grove City (8-4, 4-3 PAC) will be the No. 4 seed in next week's conference tournament. The Wolverines will host Thiel in the quarterfinals next Tuesday afternoon.
