Brad Isles enters his 10th season as Grove City's head men's and women's golf coach after spending the previous eight seasons as an assistant coach for the programs. In 2023-24, Isles guided Grove City's men's team to a fourth-place finish in the Presidents' Athletic Conference while the women's squad also captured fourth place in the conference.

Freshman Lauren Kardos and sophomore Hailey Munoz both earned All-PAC honors on the women's side while junior Adam Steinmetz earned First Team distinction in men's competition. Classmate Max Vaughn joined him on the All-PAC team in spring 2024.

Steinmetz also earned First Team All-PAC following the 2024-25 season. Kardos captured Second Team All-PAC on the women's side in spring 2025.

Steinmetz and Vaughn both earned All-PAC honors in the 2022-23 campaign on the men's side. The men's squad highlighted the spring season by taking runner-up at the prestigious Washington & Jefferson Invitational in Canonsburg, Pa. Grove City also took second at the Thiel and Saint Vincent Invitationals during the '22-23 season.

In 2018-19, Isles helped the Grove City men's team to a runner-up finish at the conference tournament. Senior Cole McCook earned the conferences Most Valuable Player award. The women's team posted fourth at the conference tournament with freshman Madeline Temple receiving PAC Second Team honors.

In 2016-17, Isles guided then-sophomore McCook to PAC Men's Golfer of the Year honors, Grove City's first player to win the award in 15 years. In addition, Ryan Koenig earned All-PAC First Team honors while Jorden Alfery garnered Honorable Mention.

During his eight years as an assistant, Isles helped both the men's and women's programs move into the upper echelon of the Presidents' Athletic Conference. His efforts helped the women's team earn PAC Championships in 2011, 2013 and 2014 and make their first ever appearance in the NCAA Division III Championships in 2013-14 while the men won the 2015-16 PAC title to earn their first ever NCAA Division III Championships berth.

Isles works in the College's Department of Marketing and Communications as the web content and social media manager. He joined Grove City College in 2005.

He earned a bachelor's degree in English writing from the University of Pittsburgh. Isles has two daughters, Makenna and Maryn.
