GROVE CITY, Pa. -- Six Grove City College fall sports athletes earned Presidents' Athletic Conference weekly recognition Monday afternoon in honor of their respective performances last week. 

Three Grove City teams each produced a pair of honorees. In men's soccer, senior Noah Gray (Glen Mills, Pa./The Christian Academy) earned Offensive Player of the Week while senior defender Theo Campbell (Robinson Township, Pa./Robinson Township Christian) secured Defensive Player of the Week.

Senior outside hitter Sarah Hart (Marriottsville, Md./Liberty) captured Offensive Player of the Week in women's volleyball while classmate Kendra Klusch (Alliance, Ohio/Homeschooled) garnered Defensive Player of the Week distinction. 

Grove City's women's tennis squad swept this week's conference honors. Sophomore Grace Stitt (Gibsonia, Pa./Hampton) earned Player of the Week in women's tennis and freshman Reagan Dougherty (Sewickley, Pa./Eden Christian) received Newcomer of the Week recognition.

Gray helped Grove City open conference play last week with two wins as he recorded three total goals and an assist. Last Wednesday against visiting Bethany, Gray assisted a game-tying goal by junior midfielder Luke Ladas (Parsippany, N.J./Parsippany Hills) and then scored the eventual game-winner as the Wolverines earned a 4-1 win.

Gray then scored once in each half Saturday as the Wolverines rolled to a 4-0 victory at Saint Vincent. He has moved into a tie for seventh place in program history with 29 goals. He is tied for fifth in program history with 15 assists while his 73 points are No. 8 in program history.

Campbell's work at outside back helped Grove City go 2-0 with an 0.50 goals-against average last week in two conference matches. He helped Grove City limit Saint Vincent to two total shots and none on goal Saturday in a 4-0 win. Campbell also scored the game-winning goal in the 26th minute, marking his first collegiate score.

Against Bethany, Campbell and the Wolverine backline yielded only four total shots to the Bison in the Wolverines' 4-1 home victory.

Hart averaged 3.72 kills per set while posting a .309 hitting percentage last week for Grove City. She had a season-high 21 kills on 38 attacks Friday night in a 3-1 win over Mount St. Joseph. Hart then closed Grove City's 3-1 weekend at the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic with 13 kills on 25 attacks in a home sweep of Penn State Behrend.

Earlier Saturday, she had eight kills and four blocks in a sweep of previously-unbeaten Albion. Hart opened the week with eight kills at No. 8 CMU. She also averaged 0.67 blocks per set during the five-match week. Her 21 kills against Mount St. Joseph are the most by a conference player in a four-set match so far in 2026.

Klusch earned All-Tournament Team honors at the Grove City Coaches Vs. Cancer tournament, held Friday and Saturday. She averaged 1.11 blocks per set for the week, including 1.26 blocks per set in four tournament matches. Klusch also contributed 1.00 digs per set for the week.

She also had 11 kills on 22 attacks Saturday as Grove City swept 9-0 Albion. Klusch posted a .361 hitting percentage for the week while averaging 2.33 kills and 0.39 aces per set.

Klusch ranks second in the conference with a .340 hitting percentage, along with a 1.00 blocks-per-set average. 

Stitt went a combined 4-0 for the Wolverines last week against conference opponents. She earned a 6-2, 6-4 win at first singles last Wednesday evening in a 7-0 win at Washington & Jefferson. Stitt also teamed with Dougherty for a 6-2 triumph at second doubles.

Saturday, Stitt helped Grove City blank Waynesburg as she won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 1 singles and added a 6-0 victory at No. 2 doubles with Dougherty.

In addition to her two doubles wins with Stitt, Dougherty also went 2-0 at third singles last week. She captured a three-set win Wednesday evening at W&J, then won in straight sets in that lineup slot against Waynesburg.

The Grove City men's soccer team (4-0-3, 2-0) will visit conference foe Thiel at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. The volleyball squad (11-3) hosts John Carroll in a non-conference clash at 7 p.m. Wednesday while the women's tennis team welcomes conference newcomer Saint Francis to Walters-Zbell Courts for a 4 p.m. match Tuesday.
