GROVE CITY, Pa. – The Grove City College women's tennis team welcomes back a young but experienced squad to Walters-Zbell Courts in the 2026-27 season.

A roster comprised of two seniors, three juniors, eight sophomores and one freshman look to reclaim the Presidents' Athletic Conference title after finishing runner-up in the conference tournament title match last season.

Head Coach Shea Prins returns five players who earned All-PAC recognition for their efforts last season.

Sophomore Grace Stitt (Gibsonia, Pa./Hampton) will likely remain a fixture at the top of the lineup in singles and doubles play. She earned All-PAC honors in singles and doubles as a freshman.

Stitt frequently teamed with fellow sophomore Emma Flanigan (Columbus, Ohio/Worthington Christian) in doubles matches last season. Flanigan earned All-PAC First Team honors in doubles and All-PAC Second Team honors in singles. She went 11-3 in singles play and posted a 9-5 mark in doubles play.

After posting a 14-3 record in singles play last season, sophomore Grace Yurko (Reiserstown, Md./St. Paul's) looks to continue where she left off. Yurko earned All-PAC First Team honors in singles play with a 7-1 mark in conference matches. She also earned All-PAC Second Team honors in doubles play after going 11-4.

Sophomore Blaire Beatty (Bloomfield Hills, Mich./Bloomfield Christian) is also coming off an All-PAC rookie season. Beatty earned All-PAC Second Team honors in singles and doubles. She went 12-3 in singles play and posted a 12-3 doubles record, including an 8-0 mark in conference matches.

A veteran presence on the court, junior Iris Kiehl (Warren, Pa./Waren) returns after earning All-PAC Second Team honors in doubles and All-PAC Honorable Mention in singles. Kiehl went 12-2 in doubles play with an 8-0 mark in conference matches. She also posted a 9-5 record in singles play. Kiehl has earned All-Conference honors in each of her two seasons with the program.

Seniors Jacqueline Marriott (Ashburn, Va./Homeschooled) and Isabel Kleiman (Abington, Pa./Calvary Christian) look to break into full-time starting roles. Marriott made two starts last season. Kleiman joins the roster this fall and will look to make an impact this season.

Rounding out the junior class, Madalyn Twichell (Greensburg, Pa./Hempfield) and Ellie Wilshire (Bridgeville, Pa./Chartiers Valley) also look to break into starting roles. Both saw part-time duty last season.

Sophomores Jenna Marriott (Ashburn, Va./Fairfax H.A.A.), Kyla Moore (Peninsula, Ohio/Cuyahoga Valley Christian) and Mari Wilshire (Bridgeville, Pa./Chartiers Valley) will push for starting roles.

The team also welcomes first-year sophomore Mia Summers (Annville, Pa./Annville-Cleona) to the roster.

Freshman Reagan Dougherty (Bradfordwoods, Pa./Eden Christian) rounds out the roster for this season and will compete for a full-time spot in the lineup.

The Wolverines open the schedule Saturday, August 29 by hosting Houghton at 1 p.m. Conference play begins Saturday, September 12 when Westminster visits Walters-Zbell Courts.
