Jackie Rowell (Laurel, Md./Reservoir) scored five times Saturday afternoon to help lead the Grove City College women's lacrosse team to a 25-1 Senior Day win over Thiel in Presidents' Athletic Conference action at Don Lyle Field.

Seniors accounted for all eight Grove City goals in the first quarter. Hasley recorded a hat trick in the opening period while Forry and Rowell both scored twice.
Haylie Porter opened the scoring 2:29 into the game after receiving an assist from Robinette.
Grove City led 14-0 at halftime and 19-1 after three quarters.
Grove City accumulated a 50-1 edge in total shots. Grove City put 38 of its 50 shots on goal. The Wolverines forced 30 Thiel turnovers. Grove City finished with 18 turnovers.
Freshman defender
Gabri Hallam (Buffalo, N.Y./Clarence) caused seven turnovers while Hasley and Robinette both caused a pair of turnovers. Hallam also picked up 11 ground balls while Hasley had five ground balls.
Haylie Porter and Robinette each recorded four ground balls.
Hallam also had 11 draw controls while Mygatt added four draw controls.
Senior goalie
Mia Gallagher (Mogadore, Ohio/Archbishop Hoban) earned her 14th win of the season by playing 55 minutes, 21 seconds in goal. She lowered her season goals-against average to 5.25. Freshman

Grove City honored Forry, Gallagher, Hasley,
Haylie Porter and Rowell prior to Saturday's game. That quintet has helped the Wolverines to a pair of conference titles and two trips to the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament.
The Wolverines will begin their quest for a third straight conference title Thursday when they host a conference tournament semifinal. As the top seed, Grove City receives a bye to the semifinal and will play either No. 4 Westminster or No. 5 Bethany. Those teams will play a quarterfinal game Tuesday in New Wilmington.
