GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's tennis team opened Presidents' Athletic Conference play Wednesday afternoon by securing a 6-1 win over visiting Geneva (2-1, 0-1) at Walters-Zbell Courts.
Grove City (1-1, 1-0) dropped only three games in sweeping the three doubles matches. After capturing the doubles point, Grove City captured five straight-set wins in singles play to close out the team victory.
The Wolverines will visit conference foe Westminster at 12 p.m. Saturday.
