WHEELING, W.Va. -- The Grove City College men's tennis team opened its Presidents' Athletic Conference schedule Wednesday afternoon by securing a 5-2 win over host Franciscan at Wheeling Indoor Tennis Center.
Grove City (4-2, 1-0) earned wins at second and third doubles to take the doubles point. Grove City then clinched the team win with four straight-set singles victories.
The Wolverines will host Thiel at 5:30 p.m. Thursday in conference play at Walters-Zbell Tennis Courts.
