CLEARWATER, Fla. -- The Grove City College women's lacrosse team opened its Spring Break trip to Florida by dropping a 22-5 decision Sunday to Drew at the Joe DiMaggio Sports Complex.

Madeline Dunda (Sewickley, Pa./Quaker Valley), sophomore defender
Emily Arnold (Ijamsville, Md./Urbana), sophomore defender
Amber Wartman (Ellicott City, Md./Mount Hebron) and freshman attack
Jackie Rowell (Laurel, Md./Reservoir) all scored for the Wolverines (1-3). Dunda added an assist.
Rowell led Grove City with five ground balls. Arnold, Dunda and senior midfielder
Meredith Basham (Olathe, Kansas/Olathe East) all had three ground balls.
Sophomore goalie
Elyse Kiggins (Zelienople, Pa./Seneca Valley) made two saves in 15 minutes of action, taking the setback. Freshman
Mia Gallagher (Mogadore, Ohio/Archbishop Hoban) stopped three shots over the final 45 minutes.
Grove City will face Simmons at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Clearwater.
