BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The Grove City College men's soccer team dropped a 1-0 decision Saturday afternoon at Buffalo State in non-conference action at Coyer Field.
The Bengals (2-2-2) broke through at 80:33 when Pat Knudsen scored an unassisted goal after a Grove City turnover in the defensive end.
Each team had five shots on goal in the match. Buffalo State owned a 17-9 edge in total shots. The Wolverines (2-4) had five corner kicks while Buffalo State had one corner.

Jesse Greyshock (Tarentum, Pa./Deer Lakes) recorded four saves for Grove City.
Saturday's match concluded a four-match road swing for the Wolverines. Grove City returns home to Don Lyle FIeld for the start of Presidents' Athletic Conference play Wednesday afternoon. The Wolverines will host Chatham at 4:30 p.m. in the league lidlifter.
