GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College volleyball team dropped to 1-1 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference with a 17-25, 25-22, 22-25, 25-20, 15-10 home setback Tuesday night to Thiel in conference action at the Grove City College Arena.

Anna DeGraaf (Cranberry Township, Pa./Seneca Valley) paced Grove City (10-8 overall) with 13 kills while sophomore
Audrey Donnelly (Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio/Woodridge) pounded out 10 kills. Senior
Faith Keating (Troy, Mich./Troy) and junior
Eloise Augustine (West Chester, Ohio/Mars Hill) both recorded eight kills.Â
Freshman setter
Brooklyn Wirebaugh (Medina, Ohio/Cuyahoga Valley Christian) tallied 22 assists and sophomore
Kennedy Kerr (East Grand Rapids, Mich./East Grand Rapids) added 19 assists. DeGraaf also served two aces.Â
Freshman
Bella Costa (Newbury, Ohio/Cuyahoga Valley Christian) recorded a team-leading 15 digs. Junior libero
Gabby Lucas (Butler, Pa./Butler) posted 14 digs. Keating (13), Wirebaugh (12) and Kerr (10) also had double-digit dig totals.Â
DeGraaf had four blocks. Augustine and Donnelly each had two blocks.Â
Grove City continues its three-match homestand Thursday at 6:30 p.m. when the Wolverines host Chatham in conference play.
