LATROBE, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's golf team returned to action Tuesday by competing in the Saint Vincent Invitational, held at Latrobe Country Club. Grove City earned fifth overall with a team score of 442.
Senior
Kaylee Grieb (Wexford, Pa./Homeschooled) paced Grove City by shooting 98. She took 12th in the 35-golfer field. Freshman
Tamar Walton (West Salem, Ohio/Northwestern) placed 21st with a 109 while sophomore
Keely McKlveen (New Alexandria, Pa./Derry) paced 25th with a 117.
Senior
Maddy Temple (Butler, Pa./Butler) took 26th with a 118. Sophomore
Annie Grace Smith (Attleboro, Mass.) rounded out the lineup with a 139, good for 30th place.
Westminster's Erika Hoover earned medalist with an 80. Eight colleges had representatives in the tournament.
Grove City will compete in the Westminster Invitational this Saturday afternoon in New Castle.
