GREENVILLE, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's soccer team scored three times in a 17-minute span of the second half Tuesday afternoon at Thiel as the Wolverines earned 3-1 road win in Presidents' Athletic Conference action at Alumni Stadium. 
Following a scoreless first half, Grove City (5-6, 2-1 PAC) broke through at 58:47 when senior defender 
Tirzah Lloyd (Durham, N.C./Homeschooled) scored her third goal of the season. Sophomore defender 
Rachel Sullivan (Simsbury, Conn./Simsbury) assisted Lloyd's goal. 
Grove City pushed the lead to 2-0 at 64:16 when sophomore forward 
Gianna D'Amato (Maywood, N.J./Hawthorne Christian) scored her third goal this fall. Junior forward 
Hailey Weinert (Bel Air, Md./Kennett, Pa.) assisted D'Amato's goal.
Weinert closed Grove City's scoring at 75:44 as she registered her third goal this season. Senior 
Lillian Kimpel (Canfield, Ohio/South Range) supplied the assist on Weinert's tally. 
Thiel broke up the shutout with 19 seconds left on a goal by Loren Swords.
Grove City outshot Thiel, 26-4, including a 13-4 edge in shots on goal. Grove City had nine corner kicks and did not permit a Thiel corner kick opportunity. 
Freshman goalkeeper 
Courtney Lisman (Mars, Pa./Mars) made three saves to earn her fifth victory this season.
Lloyd leads the team with four goals while D'Amato and Weinert each have three goals.
Tuesday's match capped a five-match road trip for Grove City. The Wolverines will host Geneva at 4:30 p.m. Friday in conference play.
