Maddie Conley is in her first season as assistant track and field coach at Grove City College. Conley joined the College athletic department during the 2025-26 academic year after a decorated career at Presidents' Athletic Conference rival Westminster.

Conley excelled in the pole vault at Westminster as she qualified for the NCAA Division III Indoor and Outdoor Championships in both 2024 and 2025. She capped her career by placing fifth nationally at the NCAA Outdoor Championships last spring in Geneva, Ohio, earning her third career All-America honor.

In 2024, Conley earned All-America in both indoor and outdoor competition after finishing seventh at both respective national championships.

Conley won the indoor and outdoor Presidents' Athletic Conference pole vault titles in 2025. The previous year, she placed fourth in the pole vault, fifth in the 100-meter dash and ran a leg of Westminster's victorious 400-meter relay at the 2024 PAC Outdoor Championships, helping the Titans to the team title.

Conley earned United States Track and Field/Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic recognition and College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors during her career at Westminster.

A New Castle native, Conley graduated from Westminster in 2024 with a bachelor's degree in biology. She completed her masters of business administration at Westminster in 2025.

Conley also coaches at The Vault Shack in Volant, Pa., which has produced multiple state champions and medalists in both Pennsylvania and Ohio.
