Fred Evanoff recently concluded his second season as Grove City College's diving coach. His efforts helped Grove City's men's and women's swimming and diving programs to Presidents' Athletic Conference titles in both 2022 and 2023.
Evanoff earned Presidents' Athletic Conference Women's Diving Coach of the Year in recognition of his efforts in 2023. Sophomore Kamryn Kerr won conference titles in both 1- and 3-meter diving, earning the conference's Diver of the Year award. She also qualified for the NCAA Regional Championships for the second straight season.Â
Evanoff came to Grove City after spending 15 seasons as men's and women's diving coach at nearby Allegheny College. He earned North Coast Athletic Conference Diving Coach of the Year recognition while in Meadville.
He has also worked as head swimming and diving coach at General McLane High School in Edinboro.
