Grove City native Stefani Wendelschaefer is in her second season as assistant men's and women's swimming and diving coach. She assists head coach Dave Fritz in recruiting, practice planning and other areas of program development.
A 2017 Grove City College graduate, Wendelschaefer helped both the men's and women's swimming and diving programs win Presidents' Athletic Conference titles in spring 2020.Â
As a student-athlete, Wendelschaefer helped the Grove City women's swimming and diving team earn four straight conference titles from 2014 to 2017. She co-captained the 2016-17 team and earned three total letters while at Grove City.
She then worked as a volunteer assistant at Grove City during the 2017-18 season. The next year, she worked as assistant swimming and diving coach at Washington & Jefferson College.Â
Wendelschaefer graduated from Grove City with a bachelor's degree in exercise science. She has also completed coursework toward her master's degree from California (Pa.) University.
